I ordered this flat iron because my experienced and awesome hair stylist uses the same. It's able to be set to get hotter than I even need it too for my very long, very thick hair , and is wider than the average flat iron, which I especially like. The price is also very reasonable for a salon quality flat iron.

The best hair straightener I have ever bought! It's better than the one I paid $150 for!! It straightens my daughter's very curly hair like we had it professionally done.

I bought this exactly a year ago and it was working fine. Just a few days back when I tried to switch it on, it wouldn't turn on!!! I have spent so much on this item thinking it would last at least a few years. The one I used before was cheaper and lasted several years. I would NOT RECOMMEND buying this. I will contact the company directly regarding this.

I received my straightener only 2 months ago and NOW IT WILL NOT TURN ON!!! Do not waste your money on this.

I have had this product for a year now. I really liked it. Got hot fast and turned off on it's own if i forgot. Unfortunately, it just stopped heating up when turned on. Going to have to toss it. My last flat iron that was cheaper than this lasted much longer. I am very disappointed.
