Sunday AfternoonsAerial Cap

My wife likes to trail run and she recently purchased a new pair of Solomon trail running shoes for a local race here in Colorado called The Dirty Thirty. She needed a running hat and wanted it to match her shoes. Not the easiest color to match. I was looking through the Sunday Afternoons line up of products and spotted this cap. When it showed up it matched extremely well and she was thrilled. Performance wise it keeps the sun off your face and stays cool on your head. Winning gift.

Like this hat. I live in FL, so the weight is just perfect. Would love to see them come in more traditional colors as well. (i.e. Red; Navy, Yellow.)

Strap does not stay fastened so hat slips off running! Not good. Hard to return. Could not get proper authorization with code g to o iPhone (have to print out label); am out of town so that is not an option. Disappointing

This hat would be great if the adjustable strap would stay where I set it. I need to repeatedly tighten the the strap while I'm running in order to keep the hat on my head. Putting a small rubber band around it seems to work as a substitute, but that shouldn't be necessary.

While we love the product quality and weight, we can't seem to get the cap tight enough. The cap does not stay tighten during the wear. I wish there was the old buckle system that never slipped.

Great looking hat and really well made. I so wanted to like it; but the head band tends to loosen at the slightest touch. Plus, the back of the hat puffed out in an odd way when I cinched it tight. May work for larger heads than mine, I guess.

Expensive for what it is, and nearly pointless to wear due to the tension strap not staying in place. Disappointing.

wore this daily until i lost it. years went by and no wear or tear whatsoever. replacement is just as good, makes other caps feel like headclamps.
