Just great bread.....makes you feel like you just took a trip to the mediterranean and served bread from one of those shops with a terrace on the street. Well, we can dream right......no better way than a quick, easy home made loaf of your own. These are great and will be buyin many more to keep in stock. Live a little and enjoy these great breads.

It was more like a biscuit texture. I was a little disappointed to be honest. If that's the texture you like- they are fine. It wasn't like a bread. It was crumbling as I cut it. It could have been my mistake. I love good bread. The flavors caught my attention. I was excited. I could taste the Rosemary etc. that was good. It was just an odd texture. If you know that going in- then give it a try.

I have tasted this brand before, so I knew what I was purchasing. I love the bread and I will be purchasing again. This bread goes great with soup or chili, I have even had a slice or two with my morning scrambled eggs. The consistency is lighter, not dense like regular bread. Think quick loaf bread and you will be closer to the consistency of this bread. I have tried several flavors and I have loved them all. My favorite is the Herbs and Cheese Olive Oil bread. SO YUMMY!

absolutely terrible taste and texture, this was advertised on amazon under bread mixes for bread machine, it is not for bread machine, no high altitude instructions, half soggy, half corn meal texture, all you taste is olive oil. amazon refused return even tho falsely advertised do not buy this, i threw the other two packages in the garbage.

Bought as a gift for my niece, she whipped up a loaf on Christmas day. She's happy with it, that's all that matters.

I have baked a lot of bread over the years and this is the first bread mix bread I have thrown away. It's dry, crumbly, overly dense and tastes terrible. I won't be purchasing this again. Waste of money and the added ingredients. You wouldn't think it would be so dry with as much olive oil that is added.

I have always loved making breads from scratch but this was so simple yet delicious. My family loved it and thought it was one of my recipes. I was delighted to take the credit.

I will purchase the mixes again. Saved me a lot time and were yummy.
