I knew it would be difficult getting a haircut due to social distancing and the coronavirus, and I hate to look all shaggy, so I ordered the Woner Professional Clipper. It's GREAT!! It's not big or heavy, it's easy to hold, it's very quiet, has adjustable speeds and it's battery powered so that you're not struggling with or strangling yourself with a cord. It came with a charger, a small tube of oil, and 6 or 7 different sized guards. How did it work out? Well, when it arrived I went online to YouTube and watched a few videos on how to give yourself (yes, give YOURSELF) a haircut with clippers. I then found a well lit area in my hallway in front of mirror, grabbed a hand mirror in one hand and the clipper in the other and started. I used the longest guard on the top and then progressively shorter guards on the sides, and then the shortest guard right around the ears, the very back of my head, and my eyebrows. I cleaned up the peach fuss in the back with no guard at all on the clippers. I then ran to the bathroom to clearly see and assess exactly what type of damage I might have done to my head. OMG!! OMG!! The haircut was perfect!!!!!!!!! My stylist never did a better job, and she's really really picky and perfect about her work. I looked great. I'm starting to think that I may just never go back to the stylist and save myself a ton of money every year. And better still, you can use them whenever your hair starts to get just a little ragged on the edges.....no need to wait until your next full cut. Woner made a good pair of clippers.

due to the coronavirus i have to cut my own hair now. and i'm sure your seeing that line over and over. it does cut hair, it has a series of guards (many trimmers don't have the ones after a 1/2"), and i'm not sure if i really needed it, but i have no idea what i'm doing so i am glad they are there. start with the long ones and go down.but, the switch is VERY easy to bump into, it has 5 speeds with no mention at all why it needs more than 1 speed. and there is a burden meter on it, with no mention anywhere what that is. i assume it has to do with the amount of strain on the blades. but at speed 7, it as 2 bars. but after cutting hair it was 1 bar? no idea.but i give this a 4 because the button is easy to poke. and when that happens it either slows down. and you have to cycle it back up. or you lean against it and it turns off. i also find it rattles when the guard is on it at times.they included a trimming guard. and again, i have no idea what its for. its not in the instructions, it seems to be unique to this one brand. because a search led me back here again.and it would be nice to get a zero closeness to the skin. but i guess its close enough. overall for a do it yourselfer, its not bad. it was a little more money than i really wanted to spend, but i did want something with some quality because i have no idea how long this thing will take.oh and it came fully charged which was nice. and the blade is hard to get it off, i thought i was going to break it the first time. and lining it up also takes a bit of challenge. it would be nice if the body were waterproof to make cleaning easier, as far as i remember its not. so taking the blade off is all you can really do. and the other thing i noticed, that at the top of my head, some hair just wouldn't cut. maybe it was too limp? not sure.

My husband has been sequestered at home since March and needed a haircut realllllly badly. I ordered this set hoping it would be fairly easy to use. It WAS! very easy and pretty powerful. I was able to zip off the long ends and make him comfortable until the pros can do it again. Or he may decide to let me do it. Great set for the price. And it was quick shipping too.

This is an awesome hair clipper! I got it for my son who loves the various blade guards to cut at different levels. He said it’s definately the sharpest clippers he’s ever used. Loves the sleek design & rechargeable base. Would recommend these clippers to anyone!

Absolutely love these. Been wanting mental blade and still new to cosmetology so money is tight. These are amazing and feel great in my hand. The sleek detachments aren’t flimsy like almost every other non metal ones on the market. The sleek dock and look of these clippers are a true “Wonder”! :) Incredible product and after I’ve tested out the battery more I’m sure I’ll return to make the 4 a 5. The Wonder company has a life time customer after this purchase.

The clippers were delivered quicker than expected. I needed a haircut but since salons are closed I felt it necessary to purchase one for home use. My wife who never used one prior to this found it easy to use and she was able to do a great job cutting my hair. I have had complements. The product appears well made and is easy to operate. I am a very satisfied customer. It will pay for itself after a couple of cuts

Overall, I am pretty satisfied with this clippers. it is just about right weight and easy to manipulate! I love LED display feature which shows which speed setting you are on and how many minutes available to be used after charge! Only reason that I did not rate on battery life is that I have not owned this long enough to verify if it lasts as advertized (supposed to last 180 minutes after charge).

I really like the design and it cuts sooo good. really happy with my purchase.
