8" Stone Frying Pan by Ozeri, with 100% APEO & PFOA-Free Stone-Derived Non-Stick Coating from Germany

I start my days or approx. 360 days a year with this pan. Because of a restricted diet, I have a narrow band of foods to eat without causing discomfort. I am FODMAP sensitive, lean protein is my go-to. So, a Di Russo turkey sausage, a whole egg and an egg white. Cook the sausage on Med-to-Med high heat, turn off the burner and add the eggs, stir to finish the cooking. This pan has been in use for 17 months. I believe it gave good non-stick performance for 12 months. I have finally retired the pan because I recognized or finally accepted that the inside surface was pitting. When the gold-colored speckles or flakes wear off the non-stick surface, you my at that time, begin to experience sticking, but it still scraped off easily with a rubber spatula and wiped clean easily. I normally wipe the pan clean after use, with a damp paper towel and washed the pan once a month. I have a 10" Ozeri pan that I use less frequently, and it has been in service for 3 - 4 years. Both pans have their corresponding Ozeri glass lids that work perfectly. Heat transfer and even cooking are very good. So, in short, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS that come with the pan, and it should give you good cooking and non-stick service. I have replaced the pan with the same model because I believe it is that good.

I bought 2 of these (one is the Professional grade pan). I cook daily and most often do not need a 12" pan for what is being prepared. This looked like a good, heat retaining pan that can come with a lid!! Do not underestimate how handy a lid is for an 8" pan nor how rare it is to find a company that makes them for their 8" pans. Yes, I have 2 lids as well. Good value, I think because it was exactly what I was looking for.*I will say that I don't really believe that anything Ozeri sells is really "hand made" but, hyperbole is king!

Easy to cook and clean, no sticking.

I got this pan today, washed it and seasoned it with coconut oil. Then immediately fried four over easy eggs. The pan is very thick and takes a little longer to heat up than one might expect. But I would still keep the heat at medium and allow that extra warmup time rather than turning up the heat too high. The eggs cooked flawlessly, no sticking or any problems using a silicone spoonula. Mine is an 8 in pan, so the four eggs were a little snug in there, but I was going for a nice small size like this for ease of washing and storing. I have a very large Stone Earth pan and love it but don't always need one that big. This little one is so handy. Love it.

I have never owned a pan that cleaned up so nicely! Very sturdy but not heavy. Cooks well and is 100% non-stick. Not like that teflon crap; this pan has never chipped, scratched or flaked. I use it every day. I bought another one in a different size and highly recommend them.

Never go above medium heat and wash soon after cooking ( cooled to touchable) and you are fine. Had it two months @ 4 times a week, everything holding up nicely. Will see if this can continue

The pans feel well built. Fried eggs no sticking. I also Own the 12" and like that pan too

I absolutely love this frying pan. I don’t have to use a high heat, it cooks evenly, it cooks fast, and a super quick wash up! No scrubbing is involved which also is not recommended and I love the protective pad that came with it to protect the interior. I do not use any metal instruments on this pan as I don’t want to damage it. I have never used such an incredible pan to cook food and I plan to buy the next two larger sizes. Highly highly recommend.

Despite being super careful with cleaning and only using appropriate utensils in the Ozeri non-stick frying pans, I'm sad to say that they have gone the way of many other cheaper brands in that they've lost their non-stick quality and are now very difficult to use and clean.

I like everything about these pans, except it does get scratched over several months like 6 to 8 mo., which I'm partly to blame for being too impatient to heat it at too high temperature. Even with the scratches, unlike other non stick pans my pan still remained non sticky. I've recently bought my second pan and will try to handle it better.
