5/16" X 25' Copper/Nickel/Iron Alloy Tubing - Use to fabricate 5/16" fuel and transmission lines. When combined with tube nuts and flaring tool, coils are an economical solution for shops that want to build their own lines, custom lengths or non-standard applications. NiCopp is a nickel-copper alloy brake tubing that meets SAE Standard J1047 and ISO 4038; meeting all international and U.S. requirements for brake tubing. This alloy is approximately 9.2% nickel, 1.4% iron, 0.8% manganese, and 88.6% copper. Under the UNS system, this alloy is designated as UNS C70600. NiCopp therefore has the strength and structural integrity of steel lines but with the added benefit of being much more corrosion resistant. NiCopp is also easier to bend and form than steel tubing. Nickel-copper, commonly referred to as '90-10 copper', has been used on several European vehicle brake systems since the 1970's, including: Volvo, Audi, Porsche, and Aston Martin. NiCopp has been used on hydraulic/fluid transfer systems on vehicles where steel lines and tubing are commonly used. This includes brake, fuel and transmission systems. Nickel Copper Alloy - Expensive, But Worth It
As advertised. Same product/part number I can buy at the local auto parts store, only $15.00 less expensive. Love the Nickel copper alloy line. I'm in the rust belt, and I was starting to see rusted out brake lines that I had replaced once already rusted out again. Anyone who does a lot of brake line replacement doesn't usually want to do any more than necessary (I know I don't). Much easier to work with than steel line.

I'll never use steel line again. This is worth the extra money ten times over. Easy to bend and as long as you're using a quality flaring tool, it flares nicely. Bonus: corrosion resistance!!!!Take it from a Cape Cod salty road mechanic.

By far the nicest tubing I've ever used
I could get really spoiled by this stuff. It's by far the nicest to work with 5/16 tubing I've ever used, and I've run a fair bit of tubing. The corrosion resistance is great after multiple replacements of steel lines.

Perfect quality, I used this for fuel line in a classic truck restore.

Easy to work with
Used this for transmission cooler lines. It's fairly easy to work with--making flares and bending with a bending tool. It also bends fairly easy with your hands. Also happy that it won't rust.

Arrived undamaged and on time, as it should!This is what every car and truck should have, especially living in the Midwest during the winters with the salted roads. After replacing my brake-lines with these Copper-Nickel ones, that will be one less thing to rust-out on my vehicle!!New vehicles should come with these lines from the factory!!
