My T3i came with a bulky corded battery charger, so I wanted to get a more compact charger that fit into my camera bag. I also wanted to have a spare battery. This bundle, obviously, fit the bill. I took both on vacation and I can say that this was a solid purchase! The charger is Canon and meets my needs/expectations: it charges a dead battery quickly; it fits into a small pocket in my bag. The battery is an off-brand, but it also performs well. This battery lasts as long as my Canon battery. I gave this 4 stars because it does nothing more than is advertised, however, this is a pretty decent deal for these items and I am very satisfied. I would most assuredly buy this bundle again and would recommend it to others.

My camera came with the corded charger and I much prefer this one that has the flip-op plug. The charger says Canon and appears to be the brand name although the battery is generic battery, which is OK because that is how it was listed. The generic battery is working fine for me.

We just started using the charger and have not tried the battery, yet. So far so good. This charger has no chord, which is what we wanted. It works as hoped.

The charger works perfect and although the battery is not a canon, it almost last as long as the original canon battery. Delivery was pretty fast too. Highly recommended.
