This works but use it lightly.
Speedy delivery. Two days. Plugged the usb cable into my laptop to charge, a couple of hours and it was ready for use. I used small conical needle and it was easy to insert into the end, tighten and be set for use. I took a before pic and placed this at the beginning and end of the progress pics, so that a before and after comparison can be made. You know when you’re using this appliance. There is a sharp sensation on your skin. I was too heavy handed. To be fair the structures are good I just got a bit carried away. So I went over about 13 blemishes of various degrees from lightly freckled to strong brown spots. Tip: use a very light systematic sweeping motion. Don’t overdo. After about a week my hand has completely healed and there is no sign of the previous blemishes. Delighted. Thank you.

DANGEROUS PLEASE AVOID!!!!
Damn right DANGEROUS!! Please read this and avoid! I used this on what I thought was the start of a small cherry angioma, after a couple of days the growth got larger and I was told it was a basal cell carcinoma or a skin nodule by my g.p. I’ve ended up having surgery and now ugly stitches which will leave ugly scar. The nodule has been sent for analysis. My point is, please don’t start removing growths on face or body and seek professional advice as you have no idea what you are removing. These pens should not be for sale to the untrained public. I wish I’d never bothered as I’ve had weeks of worry and now scarred!!

The jury is out at the moment
I have only used it once....It is not an easy piece of equipment to use because of the position of the mole on my face.....it is extremely powerful, so a setting of one is only to be considered on the first use. Unfortunately the skin was broken so I have suspended its use for the time being. At this stage therefore it is too early to make a considered view as to whether the pen does what it it says it is capable of doing. It may well do the job because it is a very robust piece of equipment

Removes veruccas!!!
I’m a frequent swimmer and I am plagued by bloody veruccas! What’s worse is that the usual treatment (gel) makes the veruccas turn yellow first which is a bit grim 😖. A friend of mine recommended this pen to me and I’m pleased to say that it has worked!!! I will admit that I was a tad nervous but no pain no gain and all.As it’s for foot treatment, I wasn’t too concerned at it going wrong. I’m not willing to try it on my moles though. Way too much of a wimp for that but the other reviewers have had success with it by the sounds of things so don’t let me put you off!So pleased to have finally found a treatment for veruccas!!!

Super fun
Okay, so I'm a pyromaniac but, being able to burn off my own skin tags - awesome. NHS can't do it as that's cosmetic surgery. GP did do it once, tag was bleeding, and she wanted to play with her shiny new cauterizing scalpel. And That is what thus thing is like - a cauterizing scalpel. Not as lethal as a scalpel but it cleanly removed my tags and "sealed" the bases.

Persevere
Originally wrote this product was a waste of money, however after persevering finally the age spots appear to be going, the one on my hand can hardly been seen and the ones on my leg have lightened. I thing perseverance is the key wait until all healed and then do again, it does work but takes time.

Not bad
Have used this a couple of times some success, some not still uncertain of if this is of any great use. Willing to see how it goes a bit longer.
