Activated You Morning Complete, 8 Ounces

I am diligent about reading reviews before ever purchasing and I am seeing a trend in these reviews so let me sum it up for everyone. 1st... This product costs more here than ordering through the manufacturers website. But if you're like me, you trust Amazon with your money and love their diligence on keeping you constantly updated on WHERE your package is at any given moment. 2nd... Yes, the product only comes about 1/3 full in it's large container. That's a definite turn off and feels like a bit of a rip off but from what I'm reading, it's exactly a months worth of product and due to the life of the cultures in the product, if they were to add more product to the container, it would eventually lose it's potency, therefore waisting your time and money... So yeah... The size of the container was deceitful in a way, and the manufacturer should have probably used a smaller container so that their consumers didn't feel deceived seeing as how it's an expensive product, but counter to their visual deceit... It is actually a months supply as advertised. On this point I'd also like to add that you should refrigerate the product after opening to retain potency. Moving on to my 3rd observation... This product is supposed to have a nice sweet apple cinnamon flavor... There's alot of complaints on the flavor and fewer ppl saying they love the flavor, but apparently the correct serving portion contributes to it's poor or nice flavor. So MAKE SURE to mix only the recommended amount into the prescribed amount of water which is supposed to be 1cup or 8 ounces. Mix thoroughly...let sit for about 5 minutes to properly dissolve, and then mix or shake one more time before consuming. Also, using ice cold water will slow down how quick it dissolves but drinking it cold tastes better so maybe dissolve in lower temperature, then add ice before consuming. 4th.... If you are intolerant to raw greens in your diet, if raw greens make you ill or cause you pain or irritability to your gut, then this product will most likely do the same as some of it's ingredients are derived from super green vegetables. I'm not saying don't try it, I think anyone should try it because everyone's body is different. Just be aware of this possibility so that if you have a bad reaction, it's not that it's a bad product per say. It's just that you are not tolerant of it's ingredients. And to my 5th and final observation... If you are not buying directly from the manufacturer... CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE ON THE PRODUCT BEFORE OPENING OR CONSUMING. Understand that buying from anyone other than the manufacturer does not gaurentee freshness or that the product has been stored properly in the right environments or temperatures and they are not always diligent as to HOW LONG they have stored the product. I have observed some reviews stating that the product for which they ordered from someone OTHER THAN the manufacturer, had an expiration date of 10/2020 for example, and this was apon receipt of the product and the reviewer asked if it was still ok to use the product. DONT ... If you use a different seller and you receive expired product... Send it back. For this reason it's almost always safer to buy from the manufacturer even tho if you're like me, you only trust Amazon Prime with your online ordering. In cases such as this, the manufacturer may be your safer route.There were also a few reviews whom first tried and ordered the product through the manufacturer and loved it, but then they reordered through a different seller for whatever reason be it price or unwillingness to be on a monthly membership through the manufacturer, and in doing so, said the product was horrible, didn't work as it did with their first purchase through the manufacturer and some were expired and said made them ill. Basically, when purchased through the manufacturer, the product was potent and wonderful...but when reordered through a different seller, they had a horrible experience and side effects... Which attests to my observation again that you are rolling the dice so to speak when ordering from anyone other than the manufacturer themselves with this type of product for which you consume literally into your body... a product for which it's "quality" could literally effect your health at that immediate time of ingestion...if you have any doubts about that, read the reviews for yourself... So with all that being said, I am trying the product. It's more expensive through Amazon so I will be taking a risk and ordering through the manufacturer. But this review is a sum up observation of the good 60 reviews I have read thus far. So I hope it helps save you time and frustration, and Good luck to you all. Ever since I was a BABY I had trouble pooping. My mom said she would put prune juice in my bottle. And even though I didn’t like the taste, she said I must’ve known that it helped me cause I would chug it down. When I was 7, my tummy actually protruded from my shirts from being constipated. I looked like one of the malnourished kids you see on NatGeo. I was eating lots of food but so incredibly backed up that it was noticeable even through clothing!!!I happened to catch an ad for Activated You on YouTube. It seemed to be hitting on digestive issues I’d been dealing with my whole life. Crazy to think my abdominal problems could be solved with a small drink in the mornings!! So I gave it a whirl——and boy, did this change my world.My bowel movements are consistent. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN ALL MY DAYS. I KNOW that I will poop atleast 2X a day and I won’t have to struggle to push it out. I don’t know if headaches are a symptom of digestive issues, but I no longer experience headaches, brain fog, lethargy or discomfort after eating. I have more energy, crave more nutritious foods and have even lost a few pounds. It’s kinda nutty that all I had to do was gulp down liquid earwax mixed with bile (which is what Activated You tastes like) every morning to be rid of my eternal irritable bowel symptoms. But God Bless cause I’m a new woman!

I got this because I have chronic acid reflux and I liked the idea of a prebiotic and probiotic mix with healthy supplements. Reflux wipes out my stomach so I need to keep gut flora balance in check. But, I had no bathroom issues, very normal. Taking this immediately increased my trips to the loo - and I didn't need it. I'm three weeks in and it hasn't stopped. It's uncomfortable and the mornings are a pain in the neck. If you have IBS, this is probably great news. If you don't, you'll either have no effect or something like what I'm experiencing, which is not at all what I'm after.After 5 days I had some die-off effects and felt really terrible. Headaches, bloating, and indigestion. I took a day off and it all subsided and when I started back up again it was much better. I still have mild bloating and indigestion, which is what I'm looking to get rid of. In fact, it's worse than before I started Morning Complete. I imagine the cause is the green supplemental ingredients because raw vegetables creates total havoc on my reflux. That said, my mind is much clearer, my mood is more positive, and I have an increase in motivation. So those are pluses. But, I'm sleeping terribly, which is unusual.I guess I'd say that this works if you need it for trips to the bathroom. If you just think it sounds like something that will help you lose weight, it won't, and it's not really supposed to. It's supposed to balance. For me, the cons outweigh the pros. I'll be getting a probiotic blend and a daily vitamin once my jar is empty.And yes, it's half-empty but there's a month's worth of powder. I don't know why people care about this so much. Apparently they've never opened a bag of potato chips before. There's room for the scoop and I imagine air helps with live strands. Whatever.

I paid $65 for a jar and it it’s not even halfway full.

Go to the retailer it’s half the cost. I’ve been on this for 3 weeks and have energy and now my BMs are larger and I feel less bloated. The taste takes time getting use too.
