This product is awesome. I had problems sleeping for quite a long time and this product got me right back to sleep in no time.This was especially helpful to me since I needed to recover from a concussion.Markus makes great products and really cares about his customers only using natural herbs and plants to produce his products.He is very conscientious about what he uses and only sells what he uses himself.

This tastes real bad but it’s like a natural medicine. Put some stevia packets in it to sweeten it OR put it in a banana smoothie to mask the taste! I only use a teaspoon in my smoothie. HOWEVER it does a great job of relieving my nightly body pains.

Something powerful is in it, but not for younger people (40's or below). Husband 12 yrs older liked it ;)

Love this stuff. Sleeping way better, not perfect but much improved. Taste isnt even that bad just the typical dirt taste herbs have. Suck it up cause its an excellent product

Aside from the fact this didn't do a thing in my desperate search trying to find anything that will help me sleep, this stuff tastes really terrible. Diatomaceous earth is much better.I had surgery in 1998 for para & thyroid cancer. It's rare for me to get more than 3 hrs sleep at one time. I wasted $120 on this latest attempt. None to happy having wasted so much money. I do not recommend buying this nor the Energy product they make.The only two things I have found to work on a limited basis is Valium (100%), which the doc will not prescribe, and Equate nighttime sleep aid softgels, which I can only use 3-4 x's/mo.
