At first sticker shock made me think twice about purchasing. With a recommendation from a friend, I did buy them. Jow making is a hobby of mine, and I just struck gold! With the powerful secrets contained within these pages, I'm surprised the authors haven't showed up missing. These formulas revealed, I'm sure someone is upset, for they are family and school secrets.

Don't waste your money on this book or it's Volume 1. From what I can tell there is nothing original worth paying for. The Authors have simply compiled formulas that you can get for free on the web. They do not add any of their own personal insight or further information or knowledge on the formulas other than writing them down. What a waste of money.

This is probably the worse treatment of the subject that I have ever read. It is truly sad that the authors have done such a grave disservice to martial arts and Chinese herbology. It's over priced, the lay-out is horrible basically cut and paste, and yes it does have some plagiaristic elements. Buyer beware, don't waste your money!

This is an awesome book to have on your shelf if you are a herb enthusiast like I am. Wolfgang Kruger and Rodney Morgan gave more than 20 internal formulas to better the health and the conditionning of the people and the martial arts community. With the Tome 1 (external formulas) and Tome 2 (internal formulas) in hand, you are on your way for insane practice, conditionning, health and longevity!
