I was so disappointed with this product. I've been on the hunt trying to find a laser hair removal product that would help with my underarms, bikini line, and facial hair in spots. I used this for almost 3 weeks and couldn't tell a difference at all! I ended up returning the product before the 30 days was up.I do not recommend! No change in hair growth at all.

I use this for facial hair..2 x a week and I have it set on level 5...I haven’t noticed a change in facial hair and if had it for 2 months.

First and foremost the quality is outstanding. The customer service is good.I wouldn't advice anyone with darker skin tone to use this product according to the instructions. Follow the instructions carefully or else you could cause some serious damages.After a few application you would notice the hair is taking longer than usually and the regrow is thinner. But that takes time as well. When using this product make sure to put it as close as possible to the skin for better results. Do keep in mind that it takes a while before you would start noticing any changes.Its suped easy and painless, just have to be very careful and patient when using this device.Im still a tad bit excited cant wait for all these hairs to stop growing permanently.

I just received my product and it will not turn on. I have it plugged up, tried to turn it on. I waited for over 20 mins, pressed the power button for 2 Seconds (as instructions stated), it did not turn in. I pressed power for 20 seconds and it still will not turn on.It is important to test products before you ship them. I sent an email and didn't get a response. I am guessing this review may force a response to my email?! 🤔

The product is solid, and it’s packaged professionally. I’ve been now using it for almost 3 months on my arms and chest, and I’m seeing a great progress. I do it once every 3 weeks which takes a full day with many breaks in between my sessions. After shaving, I wait 2 hours before running 30-minute sessions with breaks in between them, just so I don’t get bored, because it is a PROCESS. Be patient and wear your glasses. I definitely recommend the product, and give it A+ for customer service.
