I really like the mop. A piece on my mop broke. We contacted the company and they sent us a new one very quickly! I'm very pleased with the service we received.

So at first I was going to return this. It doesn’t come with any kind of spray attachment. When using the hard bristles it didn’t soak up any liquid. Before I returned I decide to try the soft sponge attachment. And it soaked up all the water. It does a good job at getting up the dirt. I bought a spray bottle for the soap. Still slightly upset with it but I ended up keeping it.

Love this product! Go gentle on the pole, it did crack. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement pole at no cost and came 2 days earlier than expected. Great customer service.

It was very useful while it lasted, on the 4th use it broke, it is very fragile. they should make it more resistant.

My steam mop died and I thought I'd try this. I'm going back to the steam mop even though they all stop working after about 8 months because this is a very weak cleaning mechanism. you can't put any pressure on the mop at all. If you lived on an upper floor apartment without kids or pets I'm sure this would meet your cleaning needs but I have real dirt and live in the country with kids so this just does not cut it.

Update: the seller sent me a brand new mop within days of my initial review at no cost. I've updated my overall rating to reflect the quality of customer service - and since this broom does work well on my hardwood floors so long as it is functioning.Since we are lucky enough to have regular professional house cleaning done - I was only using this mop for quick / deep cleaning our floors since getting a puppy and going through potty training her - when it arrived the labeling made it clear not to apply weight on the mop when using - I followed that instruction - we got maybe 10 uses tops before the handle snapped off when I went to pick it up to use it today. Unfortunately it is now completely defective / won’t even turn on. Spend the extra $10-20 on a mop that isn’t so cheaply made.
