Beat overall energy bars!
I've used these for a while now. One of the most economical energy bars out there. I like this brand because I've tried so many others that mess with my digestive system in ways I don't like. These do none of that. A perfectly balanced energy bar with no ill side effects at all. This is a product I can endorse after many years and many different brands worth of personal research. This is what I carry in my backpack, my bug out bag and as a back up for when I'm hungry and away from fresh food. If you need something that is going to work and work well, this is it.
