This pepper mill was bought after checking a lot of other brands and design. I found it very useful and it also appeared sturdy. A few days back the screw holding the ceramic part that crushes the peppers came loose. On closer inspection I found that the threads on the plastic head were worn off. On closer scrutiny, I realised that the plastic cap with the threads is under constant load due a spring underneath and gave away due to poor quality. This part should have been metallic for durability. As you can see in the attached picture, I installed a spare screw from my toolbox to re-attach the mill part and is working fine now. I am giving it 1 star due to poor quality of material used for a critical part. Usability wise it is good. But, what good is the usability if it wouldn’t last long enough considering it’s price.

It does the job. However, the top cap is very loose, may be just to cover it.. fine & coarse grinding setting gives same results so not much of use. Price should be reduced a bit to make it value for money deal. Buy it if you are getting it around 400 or less.

I must say this is a superb product for those who need fresh pepper grinding to add great taste and aroma in the food. Its easy to use clean and handy, looks are also elegant and decent and its easy to clean which makes cooking also fun. I even tried jeera and it also worked as expected. simply loved the product its multi purpose and hence i must say value for money as well. Would recommend it to my friends as well.

This works for both black Rock salt & black pepper corns. Have not tried pink crystal salt, it's much harder than black crystal salt. Only used it for 4/5 days yet,Price does not justify the materials used. It's a cheap ceramic cutter with some plastic parts & main glass body. Main concern is if it drops accidentally, glass body will break & you will left without a pepper mill. ☺

Every product should have a user guide in the form of a leaflet or on the packing/ wrapper. The seller claim the product to be of “ Density Collection Salt and Pepper Crusher - Salt and Pepper shakers and Adjustable Coarseness by Ceramic Rotor - stainless steel pepper Mill shaker and Salt crusher Mills “ - great description on the product but then why not some user guideline on how to adjust the COARSENESS, HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT etc. Should not Amazone have a check on this - a product which is originally priced Rs.5,000/- + .

I purchased this density collection salt & pepper grinder for my salads that i have everyday ...Its really easy to keep hole peeper in this grinder n grind it with ease while having salads.The blade of the handy salt & pepper grinder is really good quality n grinds pepper fine to coarse. It has a lid on top so that my pepper or salt fresh for longer time.The quality is great n has a glass base which looks great too. I m really happy to purchase this making my things easy in kitchen.I would highly recommend this for day to day use.

It comes with High Quality Glass. You can adjust the size of particle, just hold the head and twist the glass body, will get freshly grinding spices.Very easy to refill as you just have to twist the glass body and there you go.The extra feature is that it comes with a top lead protecting the entry of dust. This is very awesome and useful grinder for every kitchen.very economical and high quality product at a very low price.

First thing I noticed is that there are no branding. Second thing is that manufacturing country is China. The packaging makes me feel that this item is way overpriced. I would rather good for a local product, than this imported one.
