This little gadget is wonderful. The only drawback is - it comes with absolutely no instructions and the package has pictures which are difficult to see because they are so small. BUT I LOVE IT. I got up the nerve to open it, unwound the rubber line, unscrewed the top and added water. Then I rinsed out a large juice jar and filled it with water. Placed the watering stick in the plant, extended the line into the juice jar and EURIKA, It come with two so I put one in each plant next to each other. I just ordered two more for two other plants. IT IS GREAT!

This product works rather very well by capillary action. I followed the instructions from Amazon posting. Otherwise, the instructions from the packaging are in impossible to decipher. In about 6 hours it slowly poured 300 mL of water. The soil was uniformly wet. I wouldn't use this irrigation continuously, it would flood the soil to much.

This product works exactly as described. I tried it out after it showed up, to make sure it worked and didn't flood the basket arrangement. We were gone 8 days, soil was moist, but not overly wet, and there was plenty of water left. This may be my new watering system for this basket of plants, since I have a hard time remembering to water it in the first place! Would definitely order this again!
