This box's comes with the upper and lower parts of the connection no need to purchase the lower part separately. These things saved me tons of time.

great item... almost a 5 star. I just wish it fit the cable a little better. There is a bit of extra play in between the cable and the relief but still the relief is able to do a good job. I usually prefer to use old style connectors on the road as I can bring smaller crimpers. When I know I have a number of ends to crimp or when I have the EZ RJ45s with me and need to replace an end in a pinch this is a great option

Exactly as advertised.Would buy again without hesitation.Not sure how much strain relieving it will provide as it attaches using only the two tabs inserted into the RJ45 plug but it is better than nothing.

Work well for making up network cables need to get new crimper.

I wish the connector would automatically cut the wires when you crimp. I have to cut the wires off the end with diagonal cutters, then carefully pull the cat5 back so the wires are not sticking out anymore, before crimping.

The strain relief ends don't always stay in the connector, even with solid crimps. It looks really shoddy when they come out from the connector. It isn't a manufacturing issue; but, a design limitation.

Great quality, easy to use, quick and simple to terminate. Very helpful when you're 45' up in a scissor lift or standing on a ladder, but a huge time saver either way.

Great connectors, but title is misleading. You get 50 connectors + 50 strain reliefs, not 100 connectors.

Have used hundreds of these EZ RJ45 connectors and have "never" come across such a bad batch of connectors almost half of the jar were defective. All had no connection on pin 7 and 8. Threw the rest in the trash. Thanks Platinum Tools for the great quality control of your products.Update: My mistake it was not the connectors that failed but the Platinum EZ crimp tool that decided not to punch down pins 7 and 8 for some reason.
