Amazing on any kind of poultry! This has become a pantry staple.

This spice mix is an old favorite. I use this for stir fried chicken and vegetables. Quick and easy healthy dinner. Try the other blends for variety.Unfortunately, this particular jar arrived with a broken cap and loose plastic seal so I do not feel safe using it. Trying to figure out how to get a refund.

I combined this seasoning with unsalted butter and placed the under skin of the turkey breast before deep frying. The turkey for Thanksgiving dinner was an absolute winner…very juicy and flavorful. I would recommend.

I wasn’t as impressed with this blend, as I am with most of Chef’s seasonings. Very fennel forward, more like an unassuming mild Italian Sausage blend meant to get lost in the background of other sauces, without arguing, just a layer of subtle depth in a much bigger dish… BUT…Cut it with blackened redfish magic? Gallopin Gators! We’re cooking now! Dayum good chicken. Times a zillion on the BBQ with a bit of smoke, but still tracing a finger over the plate for the last of it when cooked in a skillet -with Trinity- in the oven.Ditto others, the seal popped right off as we were opening it. Lost about 1/5th of the jar. The seal DID “pop” though, so it was intact until we removed the bubble wrap. Methinks this jar has gone through some unpressurized altitudes & extreme temp variations… that the current seal in use simply isn’t rated for. Someone at the factory needs to buy some better glue. We’re just as sea level as NOLA, this is clearly a transit issue.Value for money is middling. I usually buy restaurant quantity, which is the same price for 10x as much, so everything looks expensive to me that isn’t sold by the pound/kilo. Just bought this little retail size as a sample. May or may not upgrade. Depends on whether it’s only trick is cut 50:50 with blackening, or if it proves more versatile. Shall see.

Definitely a trusted brand. Great flavor! Nice addition to my spice cabinet.
