Christopher Knight Home 237012 Outdoor Chat Set

We have had this for a year now. it looks like it does in the picture ... which is a plus. It is very sturdy!!!! It assembled easily and is comfortable to sit in. After one season the stain is getting a tad worn, but the set is sitting in the hot sun most of the time. The only drawback to the set IS the white cushions. While comfortable (they do NOT look comfy in the pictures...but they are...not "cushy" but comfy) they DO get dirty easily. with 3 dogs sitting on it often it can get pretty nasty pretty quickly. It DOES clean up well with a sponge and soapy water, but who wants to have to wipe down the cushions once a week..i have enough other chores to do...consequently... if you leave the stains sitting too long it has to go into the washer with some bleach. (the cushion COVERS..the cushions will not fit in the washer!!).

I was afraid of spending this much money on patio furniture that I couldn't see first. It was either this or buy a set at Lowe's for half the price. We had a professional carpenter put this together and he was able to do it in about 3-4 hours. It came out beautifully. The table is a good size, the chairs are deep and comfortable, and everything seems to be sturdy and of good quality. It also poured for 24 hours after putting this set together and they are no worse for the wear. The only caution I have is that the cushions are bright white / cream so dirt and stains will show easier.

This took me about an hour and a half to assemble by myself, but the instructions call for two people, which certainly would have been easier. They give you extra hardware in case you drop any pieces down a crack in the deck. Big improvement over our Ikea set. The chairs, couch, and table are all very sturdy. The cushions are thin, but we are thin (115 and 135) and everyday use over the summer didn't ruin them. Have spilled lots on them, but they are very easy to clean.

Overall, it's a nice looking set. I was pleasantly surprised at how compact the box was when it arrived containing all the pieces. Also, the assembly was a lot easier than I had expected. I have a few complaints though. First, the cushions are extremely hard and uncomfortable. I will eventually be buying new cushions because, not only that, the white stains very easily. I got this set this spring and the cushions already look terrible. My last complaint is that the furniture is very light weight so if you like to put your feet up on the coffee table, it will slide away from you.

Beautiful furniture, easy to assemble. Cleaning is easy; smudges are removed with a cloth. Vendor PlumStruck's delivery was quick, and customer service second to none.

Beautiful furniture for the price! The cream color is a challenge to keep clean though.

good value for the money. easy to assemble compared to others. not sure how long it will last.
