Good Mac - bad company
The iMac was in a poor state when I received it - dirty and with a few more marks than described. It works fine though (and still after a few months). The keyboard and mouse however were in a worse state than the iMac and didn't work (I think the cables for both had been wrapped so tightly that they snapped inside). Unfortunately, my previous iMac had bitten the dust and I needed a replacement quickly. Otherwise, I would have sent the machine back. However, the company did replaced them... with a keyboard and mouse that didn't work either. I asked for a partial refund to cover the cost buying a keyboard and mouse elsewhere - and was flatly told no. Why? They said that both weren't considered part of the purchase. Rubbish, I am sure Apple see it the same way too - maybe I could control the iMac with my mind instead.
