For the price - couldn't they just have also provided a lip applicator? Other than that: totally happy with this purchase.

This is unacceptable. The item I received was clearly used before it was sent to me. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I now have to spend my own time returning an item due to someone else’s mistake. I did nothing wrong, yet I’m expected to deal with the inconvenience. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and without any additional effort or cost on my part.
