Great for skin and hair

I can really tell a difference in my complexion when I run out of this supplement. I've tried non-food sourced versions but nothing is as good. I just wish it were less expensive.

I believe this is the best vitamin A to use. It is food grade meaning it is not manmade so being that it is from a food source any unnecessary or excessive amount of this "A" will just exit the body as food does. This also means that because it is from a food source its absorption will be equal to that of eating a plant high in vitamin A. So enjoy the beauty of this plant product with a peaceful mind, given to us by Christ Jesus through the plants provided for us in the Garden of Eden!

Knowledge is a wonderful thing. With a medical degree and love of nutrients, it took a little time to find this carotene {carrots} source of Vitamin A. I am able to experience the difference it makes.Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin which mean it absorbs into your fat cells and in high amounts, which a lot of products are presenting in the retinol source, it can become toxic! As the "Wonderful" review stated in 7/2021 this food source absorbs the best. Solaray has been around since the 70's. Thanks Solaray.
