I like the towel bar and will do what I need to in order to use it BUT it is not the size it states it is. I ordered the 24" oil rubbed towel bar (as was stated in the description), which they list as actually being 27". I verified in their product detail info that the install distance between the posts (center to center) was 24" so I was good...until I wasn't. It's actually 25" between the posts (center to center). It doesn't fit in the holes on the tile wall where the previous bar was. Of course, I have already removed the other one so until I can get what I need to drill new holes in the tile, we're without a towel bar. It looks like it might cover the existing holes when I'm done. Fingers crossed. I might be back to drop it a star, or two. Depends upon how irritated I get trying to install it on the tile wall!

Realizing this is not a US name brand I was a bit skeptical on this purchase. But once received, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the finish. The reason I purchased this was the price, in some cases over 5 dollars cheaper of name brands. I bought 4 and so you can see where I am saving $$$$. I am a product designer and have designed many products for the toy and baby industry and was very impressed with the quality. Will it stand the test of time, I guess I'll find out. But for now, I am very happy with this item.

Towel bar comes with an allen wrench to tighten the set screws, wall screws and drywall anchors. I found it easy to install and rock solid.

1st the happy, the bar looks great and it’s very sturdynow the not happy, the installation was not beginners friendly. It did not come with the necessary screws or L wrench. So, I had to go to the hardware store where I couldn’t find the help that I needed. So, I wasted so much time looking for parts that could have easily been included with the item

I wanted a simple brushed nickel towel bar, but apparently the latest trend at the big box stores is black, or polished chrome. So, I decided to try Amazon. These are simple and very well made. They appear to be solid stainless steel rather than some cheap plated garbage metal. You will need to throw away the wall anchors that come with the towel bar. They are cheap plastic inserts that you can probably get at the dollar store, if that is what you wanted to use. If you use proper toggle type anchors or better yet screw directly into studs, these towel bars should last for years.

Great. Install is as easy as it gets. Others complain about anchors but so u really expect? Use good hardware and it will serve for a long time. Good finish - not quite BN but passable and can be matched to you BN faucet or other bathroom hardware. Good price

This towel bar is expensive as a single item, but it is made of quality steel and the assembly parts are better than most, so it's strong and good looking. It was an add on piece to a kit I bought and it is the perfect fit for my need so I spent more than I like too.
