Its very easy to install -- you just have to pull the old one out and put the new like a glove around and between the plastic.It's of really good quality and it's very soft and comfortable. I was on the verge of throwing my m30xes out and buying new headphones but after slapping these on, my headphones feel comfortable again.The install takes a little bit of patience, but it really wasn't so bad. Just make sure to tuck as you go and hold the starting point with one finger while you do the rest.

I love it! May be a little pricey but it’s worth it and much better than buying a new set of speakers, I’m so glad they were selling these separately.
