Palmer and Axe 7-Inch LillyPad Jr. Kids Tablet with Exclusive App Suite and Parental Controls (Rainbow)

OK. To start with, my daughter (4yrs) can't use this tablet. Whatever is preloaded I do not consider to be games. It won't let me set a parent password and I emailed request for a password reset 40 min ago and still waiting. So I can't even put games on it that she likes. We have had other tablets, a kindle, android phones and iphones. My daughter can run every one of them, but not this one. So disappointed. This tablet had so many 5star reviews...Also, the picture quality is atrocious! Screen is very dull. You can adjust the brightness, but not contrast or resolution that I can find.Camera is such low quality I can hardly tell its my daughter's PIC.I realize its a cheap device and didn't expect too much, but the new kindle is $49. I PD $45 for this one.

These have been wonderful to have!But since purchasing them 2 months ago the charge doesn't hold on them very well. I've tried the whole its probably the 'user' aspect and thought of everything I could. Been in contact with the seller and they seem to not care or give much help. I was just inquiring about a warranty and they seemed to disregard my question. All they stated was that the return policy had expired; that's great to know but I wasn't interested in returning them. I do believe they are a great tablet to have; it's just the life of the charge. I'm about fed up of the customer service I've received on trying to fix this minor issue. I myself work in customer service and know the treatment I received was wrong.All I suggest is that you read and research this product before buying. It could have just been my luck to get tablets that decided to not hold their charge.. but for it to happen on three......

Do not buy. I'm not 100% sure how to contact the seller, but the item broke. The tablet lasted 3 weeks of use before the on/off button just plain quit. It has a very tiny piece that just popped out. Cannot get it back in. Cannot find an easy way to contact seller. :( Do not purchase.

Wish I could give it a zero! I went to the parental settings and immediately Asian porn started popping up with requests to download. All I was trying to do was add my email for backup if data was lost, change password for parental settings and connect to our home WiFi. The screen resolution is awful and if your child can do basic math they can unlock the parental setting as my boy did when it asked what is 7×3 as a lock code.

Bought this for my niece and she loved it. However, I could not find a case that was kid proof that would fit. She used it with the case provided and she dropped it on her bedroom floor. She's 2 1/2 so it did not have far to drop, but the power button broke.Make sure you can find a durable case before purchasing. Otherwise great product for the little ones.

Best purchase by far. It came with the protective case on it and you can not beat that. It shows really clear and my son loves it to pieces. The only thing is it does not stay charged for very long.

So far so good. My daughter loves the unique rainbow color. I'll update once I know the staying power of the product. But for now couldn't be more pleased with the toddler friendly set up.

Awful!! Definitely would not recommend. We've had it for less than 6 months, and it doesn't hold a charge, gets extremely hot, and freezes up. Unfortunately, I was unable to return, so had to spend more money to get a tablet. Don't waste your money on this product.
