We had our doctor check it out, as the readings we were getting seemed high. As it turned out, the readings were higher than our doctor was getting. I missed the return window, but I won't be able to use it as it's unreliable for taking an accurate blood pressure reading.

Great for large arms! Easy to use and read. Took to Dr appt & reading was very close to that taken at Dr's office. Very strong Velcro, makes it at times a little difficult to apply to self. All in all very happy with this machine is

I needed a blood pressure monitor with a larger cuff and this one definitely fits the bill! It is quick and easy to set up, the instructions are clear, and the monitor works just as described. The only thing I don't like is how hard it is to get the cuff positioned just right by myself. I think that is more a product of me trying to get the band around my arm and in the right spot one-handed than anything else. Usually when I put it on I get an error reading once or twice, reposition, and try again. Once I get the right fit ev is A-OK. I would definitely buy this again.

Worst purchase ever!I bought this as a replacement for my old BP machine. This year my BP has been a little crazy and doctor wanted me to monitor. Well of course my old one breaks, so I purchased this one. First reading 260/120... I am pretty sure that is a little high. I kept getting high readings, but was feeling okay. I had a follow up scheduled with my nurse so I brought it in. Good news my BP is not at the levels. Bad news this machine is crap, first it didn't want to work at my doctor's appointment. My nurse tested it on her and it worked. Then we tested mine, i read 265/130, the nurse even laughed saying that machine trying to kill you. We did 3 tests, their machine then used this machine, we were off by 60 to 90. It kept giving horrible readings.l, likes it's trying to give me high BP just from the stress 😩 😪.Guess what! you can't return it. I didnt even realize that, i figured since it was so broken it would be returnable. Nope, i even went to their website to file a complaint and I still haven't heard back.Save your money and go for another machine that does have a return or whose company actually responds.

Don't see the problem here with other reviews. I tried 2 other machines (I tried the ones with the arm cuffs not the wrist machines) and they were hard to use and the readings were consistently "call 911 high" to the point I ran in a panic to my UC only to be ensured my bp was well under control with my medication. My readings are steady and consistent, fits over my large, 8 inch wrist.

The cuff size was too large and I couldn’t use it, and neither replace nor return. The policy says free returns however not true. Deceptive.

This item was really worth the money. It's great and easy to use.

I was reluctant to purchase this after seeing some of the negative reviews..But..I have no idea what their issue was, I bought this for my 78 year old mother needing the xl cuff, And she says it works fine.. We're not going to Rave about it and talk about how perfect it is or that it's been a gift from the gods, but she usually has to replace her monitor twice a year. And this has been a good purchase.
