Bought March 2021, worked fine until this week August 2022. Now the water leaks out constantly even when the trigger is not pressed. We changed the o ring thinking it had perished, but that didn't make any difference. Disappointed to say the least.

Good product however the bottle leaks slightly sometimes but usually only when taking out and putting in holder :)

Easy to use and no dragging round a mop bucket, just put the cloth in the washer after use....brilliant

Initially thought this was a super product it feels really well made and super easy to use . However after a while I notice my floors were really wet after washing only to find the cleaner is constantly coming out even when the trigger isn't been applied . Looks like others have similar issues too. Wouldn't recommend to purchase .

Best mop I’ve ever you’d and if u wash the pads in the washing machine every few days they come out the tumble just like new xx

First few days was really good, now it just leaks all the contents of the detergent bottle onto the floor, it just pours out from the bottom of handle where it meets the mop head. Have to now use separate spray bottle in one hand and use the mop that way.. Another useles item.

I have always used mops that drip and this one does not.It simply work well and does the job it was designed to do.
