This is great for pressure washing when using a large bucket of soap. Works well.

I got this to put on my pressure washer with an on board detergent tank. The detergent tank is screwed onto the pressure washer and does not have a drainage plug. I believe all manufacturers recommend draining the tank since the solutions can thicken and cause issues in the future. Well to clean out the tank wastes solution just tipping the machine over to drain it or removing the siphon hose on the bottom. On my Ryobi, draining from the bottom doesn’t really drain it completely. So I got this siphon hose to run from the pump to the solution bottle so I wouldn’t have to use the on board tank anymore. I know the brand name and figured it was safe to use. My Ryobi uses a 3/8” siphon tube and I just put a shut off valve on it and tried connecting to this hose and filter. Evidently the tubing on this is a bit under 3/8” and it slipped off the shut off quick connect. I have plenty of 3/8” vinyl tubing so I just pulled the filter off the B&S and slipped it on the 3/8” tubing. Perfect tight fit. Tubing now secure in the shut off valve quick connects and I can use the new tube directly in the solution bottles. The local hardware stores want 50% more for the same type product with 3/8” tubing, but nobody seems to sell just the filter. So for me this was an excellent buy and met my requirement.

Easy to install and fixed leaking connection between hose and wand

When you do a search for the Troy-Bilt kit P/N BS-6198, you will get this kit. I was hoping it would fit my 3000psi pressure washer, but it does not. Not 1 of the o-rings would fit. This is a good kit, just beware if you are trying to find Troy-Bilt parts. I ended up ordering them directly from Troy-Bilt.

I lost mine but am glad to get the real replacement!!

Not much to say but it’s a clear hose with filter that attaches to power washer soap inlet

Most o rings where ok . Where able to rebuild 2700 pressure washer
