The bulbs are plainly labeled “candelabra base” (a narrower standard than “standard”) but the bulbs are *NOT* actually “candelabra base”. The bulbs are standard base that screw into a standard bulb setting. Giant FAIL.

I use these in a Tiffany desk lamp in my office, in which previous incandescent bulbs seemed to last for about two weeks. I was going through bulbs like crazy. I replaced the old bulbs with these. It has been about a month now, and the first two bulbs I used are still bright. I don't know how long to say they will last, but it is certainly at least double that of old fashioned bulbs, and I hope it is much longer.

Didn’t like the way they lit our table. Tried to remove, all 6 of them decintegrated in my hand. They were very difficult to remove from light socket.I do NOT recommend to purchase. Save your money.

I love the light produced by these bulbs, of which 3 are installed in my ceiling fan. The 40-watt light intensity is bright enough to produce a cheerful daylight effect, without the harsh light that LEDs usually emit.I can't speak to the longevity or energy savings because I haven't used them long enough. However, speaking as someone who has always preferred incandescent light bulbs, I highly recommend this product and will buy these from now on.

Ordered e12 base as listed, got larger E26 base which, of course, does not fit my light fixture. Returned first order, figuring an error in selecting product from stock. Ordered again with same result and am returning again. Obviously seller has a problem with either description on Amazon, stock numbers, or seriously incompetent fulfillment procedures.

Description states 50000 hours lifespan and the actual product states 20000 hours on one side and 25000 on the other.

I really like these bulbs. The first time that I ordered them, one of them burnt out really quickly. I sent them a message and they sent me a new box. Great customer service.
