It's not about the "value for money"
Love these straws! They have fantastic colors and shapes, so are really fun to use. Years and years ago, I started buying silly straws for my daughter. It's just a fun little thing to brighten a day and she's still using them at age 20. (Grown-ups tend to take themselves too seriously). Yes, I always had a twinge of guilt because they were not dishwasher safe. But now, even that's a non-factor because they are recyclable. IUnless they change something, I'll never buy a different brand of straws.

Exactly what I expected.
I got these for my preschool class so that they could drink like butterflies. I have a few extras bit haven't used any myself yet. They seem like they will be fine.

Fun crazy silly bendable straws
Upon arrival, I was happy with the look of these straws, then disappointed at how bendy they seemed. I thought for sure my son would snap them in half in no time. However, to my surprise they have just enough give so that they don’t snap under a little pressure. They’re also not a brittle plastic like previous straws we’ve purchased. Hoping these hold up well.Fair warning though: DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER. I totally overlooked the warning label on the package and as you can see it warps them just a bit. Haha 100% my fault, but beware.
