Wet noodle is a good description.
I was looking for a very flexible 12 gauge wire that could be used to power an R/C helicopter from a bench supply without influencing it's flight characteristics. This stuff fit the bill. It is very flexible and yet has a high current carrying capability. I would recommend it to anyone with the same needs.
