Nice replacement cover
It would have been excellent but 1 side wasn't sewn closed so I have to sew a lil pocket for the one pole to slide in . Other than that it would have been perfect

replacement for wind damaged canopy
This is a decent canopy for my grill area - the canopy did fade fairly quickly but was expected. Took a decent wind event to tear one side/seam. I should have taken it down.All in all for the price a good canopy set up. Replacement canopy reasonably priced.

Only lasted one year
Only lasted one year. The picture shows how much the brown faded in a year. The only good thing is that it does fit as advertised. The price could be cheaper less since you need a new one annually

Sags and collects water
I was excited how quick and easy it was to replace my old ugly worn out cover. But this new one allows water to collect on top and sag.

MEASUREMENTS INCORRECT...DOESN'T FIT AS STATED!!!
Measurements are inaccurate... doesn't fit as it should. Due to medical reasons I was unable to return in time for a refund due to limited time allowed. BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased one for my home, one for my summer home...I'm out $70 PLUS DOLLARS.
