100% recommend!
Real world use live on stage with a band. I’ve been using this XTUGA in-ear rack (4 body packs) for about 3 years. XR18 mixer with my 90s to Todays top 40 pop/rock band.PROS: I don’t think I’ve ever had a drop out (that wasn’t caused by audio input clipping) even with us running wireless guitar transmitters, bluetooth, wifi, packed rooms, etc. In the body packs I use High Capacity 2800mAh rechargeable batteries and they last through 2 four hour gigs before I have to change them. The range is REALLY good. I’ve gone inside concrete buildings over 100ft away and the single was still crystal clear. I’ve seen others post about frequency differences between the true single in vs transmitted audio. There may be some differences but the kick and bass have PLENTY of low end to thump (I use $900 custom molded ears so that may factor in). I never have to run the packs at full volume even with the drummer right on me. They have plenty of juice!CONS: There are very few. Slight hiss when powered on but as little as speaking softly is enough to cover the hiss and you won’t notice it. They seem to “clip easily” for some which causes drop outs from the packs protecting themselves. Proper gain staging fixes this easily. Once set, you’re golden. The included headphones aren’t great but I don’t think anyone should expect to use them unless you’re in a bind. Very minor complaint from me is that they don’t automatically power on when I turn on my power conditioner. You have to push the power button on each side but it’s really no big deal.I would 100% would recommend these to anyone, even if you’re not on a small budget. They work very well and honestly, a lot better than I was expecting! If they ever come out with a 4 mix 1U rack I’ll buy it immediately.

Inexpensive Perfection for Praise Bands and Assisted Listening Mmembers of your Congregation!
My Xtuga RW2080 with 4 body packs was received with one defective bodypack (the battery compartment door is missing the hinge pin). I noticed there is No Link ( on my purchase order ) for contacting the seller! (Perhaps this is an error on Amazon’s part). I was also thinking of buying extra body packs and using one transmitter (and several body packs) as an Assisted Listening System. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a link for purchasing extra body packs with the frequency range 920mhz-928mhz (only 572-599). Perhaps again, Amazon’s lack of including a link? (I’d think putting a link under “Frequently Purchased Together” would work! Other than the missing pin for the battery door I can find no flaws with this unit. Understand it’s a $300 system so the hi-fidelity sound of a Shure or a Sennheisser isn’t going to happen but it’s only 1/4 the price. Our assisted listening system had recently produced a ground buzz and after hours of effort, I couldn’t locate the reason so it’s probably time to upgrade the 20 year old component. I started updated our sound system equipment two years ago when we started our first praise band and using the Xtuga RW2080 In Ear Monitoring System is a perfect two-fold fix for our Praise Band and also hard of hearing members.Updated Jan.13, 2020: Well, it took quite a while to arrive, but the door hinge pin was received today. Now for the product summary... after a month of using ... I’ve had several listening impaired members of the congregation praise the clarity of these in ear monitors. They all remove their hearing aids and use these instead. We have been using these to replace an aging listening impaired system. Our sanctuary is a little echoey and these in ear monitors eliminates the reflected speech and sounds that typically bounce off the walls from our in- house (four speaker) system. I originally purchased the in ear monitors for our small praise band. Our praise band’s budget is very small. These were much cheaper than running floor monitors and cables! Also we’ve been using wireless microphones and wireless transmitters for the guitars and other instruments ( to avoid liability issues of our congregation members tripping over a bunch of wires and cables) since we have our congregation come up to the altar for communion. These In-ear monitors have been the perfect solution not only for in ear monitors for our praise band but for listening impaired members. I raised my 3 Star Rating to 5 Stars because this company produces a nice unit for the price and they have resolved the one and only problem I had. They have always responded to my questions and email correspondence. I will buy from them again!

Great system at a great price
I personally own a Shure in-ear monitor unit and love it but when I joined a classic rock band, this system is what they used. What I immediately noticed was that the battery life of the receiver was much, much better than the Shure. As a matter of fact, we can get several 3 hour shows out of a battery replacement where as only one show out of the Shure. As far as sound quality goes, I can’t tell the difference between this much less expensive system and that of my very expensive Shure. I paid close to $800 for a single channel Shure while the band paid less than half for a 2 channel system with 4 receiver packs. I ordered this 2 channel 2 pack system to add 2 more channels to help the other members get their personal mixes. You can’t go wrong with this decision, because it just works.

Thinking I'm sending back "update"
Bought this product to offer artists iem if they wanted to use, instead of speakers.. the construction is nice for the price... the issue is, when using wirelessly there is static behind whatever source is coming through..the noise floor is fine, near silent.. but then sing into a mic, you can hear faint static.. sing softly and it is more noticeable.. plug a bass into direct a box and play, you can hear it worse.. real touchy..and isn't acceptable imo.. I purchased this + rack panel + antenna extensions, better earbuds.. tried in and out of rack, different power sources and every location and it still happens.. going to try and returnAfter trial and error over a year, I got these working really well.. I was always testing these too close to the unit, creating noise. Several groups have used these with 0 complaints

Great product, buy the antennas!
You definitely want to buy the paddle antennas. However I will say these are great quality and can handle a beating. We take them all over the world and have very few problems with them. As long as you have a great set of buds they do the job they need to do. I would say make sure that you don't jostle them around or hit them a lot. We've dropped them and when you drop them it tends to clip them out but all you have to do is turn them off and turn them back on again and they work great.
