Great hammering glove for smith work
I wear one on my hammering hand for blacksmithing, with a leather welding glove on the off hand that handles the stock. These are a good optimization of fit, grippiness, heat resistance, and economy. Most smiths hammer barehanded, because leather gloves don't grip a hammer handle adequately. These do, and they breathe better than leather. You can still feel heat through them well enough to move your hand before it burns. For my use this is good, but if you are carrying something heavy and hot, maybe not so much. The yellow back will burn through if you get it too hot (easy to do when hammering radiant hot metal on an anvil), but it doesn't melt onto your skin like most synthetics, which is requirement number one for forging gloves. I get quite a bit of use out of these, even though I'm abusing their temp rating. I also wear (both of) them when handling hot metal in and out of a powder coat oven. Great gloves. If they would only wrap the rubberized coating around the index finger back where mine burn through (see photo), they would be perfect.Fit is true to size. Measure the circumference of your hand across the palm. Mine is 9", and the size 9 is perfect.

Warm and tactile
I love these gloves. They are great when I go to my woodpile and never get stuck by the wood. The rubber is fantastic at gripping so even if the wood is wet or has snow on it I never drop a piece of wood.

Good Gloves
These are good gloves. I use that as oven mitts on airplanes. Unfortunately, I can still feel the heat come through. However, they are not designed to be heat proof. As work or gardening gloves, they would be perfect.

GREAT GLOVES
There should be more info on the sizing for these gloves. They are a little big on me. They would be about the same size as an XL medical glove would be, so if you have smaller hands, maybe try to find a smaller size. I can deal with it being a bit big, but it is kind of annoying that there is not more of a sizing indicator or chart. Great quality tho. 4 stars just because of the sizing issue!

Best heat gloves for cooking ever!
Best gloves for bbq or oven ever ! Thin but do not get hot - like wearing driving gloves! Most heat gloves are so big and thick it’s like wearing a baseball mitt, I bought two pairs .

Good gloves at good price
Great gloves that are very comfortable to wear. The nylon fabric is soft and the nitrile coating provides a good grip especially with the dots. I don't use them with anything very high in temperature, however. I found that for me the sizing ran a little on the large side, I'll get the next smaller size next time for a better fit. Made in China.
