Love it. My 2 year old grandson drove it for almost 2 hours before battery died. He had a blast. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because when I received it, it looked like it was somewhat used

Received product broken with cracks and does not work. Tried to return for a refund and contact seller. They have not responded after weeks of trying. Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time and money on this product.

You get what you pay for.. super easy to put together but also very cheaply made. We’ve had other atv’s and power wheels for our 5 kids and this was by far the least sturdy. After only 4 days of use the hubcaps fell off, the seat back would not stay on, the front tires were bowed in, the tire tread (grips) fell off and it would turn on and run for 1 or 2 minutes and stop working, even after being fully charged. I’ve requested a refund and sent pictures and numerous emails with little no response and no refund. I wasn’t going to write a bad review if they made it right but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I can’t get a refund or a response.
