I bought a Logitech webcam which uses a USB-C wire but my desktop computer doesn't have any USB-C ports. This converter did the trick -- the throughput is high enough so that I can stream to Twitch with it. I'm relieved I didn't have to go through the hassle of using an expansion card to add ports.

I use this adapter to connect my USB-C to USB-C Oculus Link cable to my Laptop. Even though my laptop has a USB-C port, it doesn't work well with Oculus Link for whatever reason. Using this adapter, the link cable works just great.

One of the adapters is bent. I will be returning the product.Update:I got contacted by the company and offered to replace them at no cost. They did and they work perfectly. Thank you!!

I use this for my new iPad Pro which plugs in directly to my desk and allows me to charge while working. Allows for fast on the go charging from a power USB port instead of using the normal charger that comes with the iPad Pro, saves space while traveling for work in my back pack. Allows for quick charging in airports or hotels without pulling out all my gear or finding an outlet. USB power ports are more common these days. A great value and delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend this product to other.

Connected my Surface Pro 3 to a Dell D6000, sends keyboard and mouse no problem. Of course it doesn't charge, the SP3 doesn't charge via USB and it's USB 2 anyways. If I try DisplayLink drivers, I'll let ya know if ti works, but I did not expect that, the SP3 has mini-DP for that.

With most new devices now shipping with USB-C interfaces, we are faced with the question of how to connect to our not so old USB-3 and even USB-2 devices. One solution is to buy cables with USB-3 on one end and USB-C on the other. I think a better solution is to buy USB-C to USB-C cables, these will be in use for a while, and use high quality adapters like this BrexLink adapter to interface to older gear.

I've tested both of the adapters that came and neither work. Tried charging my phone, iPad pro, wireless dock etc.Nothing on all of them. No power whatsoever.On top of the product simply not working, the fit is terrible. The USB-C loosely flops into the plug. Any kind of movement and it'll just come out. It's a cheap product so I can't be bothered going for a refund and having to drive somewhere to drop it off.Would highly recommend not purchasing though.

The new Apple MagSafe Wireless charger has a USB-C connection but not socket to plug it into the wall (thanks Apple) so I bought this adaptor so I could plug it into a normal usb plug. On doing so I saw that the phone will not charge using this adaptor. This should be stated in the description.

I've been using this adapter for a few months, and so-far-so-good.My laptop hub uses a USB-C to USB-C cable. So I use this adapter to connect the hub to my wife's laptop, which only has a USB 3.0 port. The only downside (which I expected) is that her laptop won't power from the cable when using the adapter, where my laptop that accepts USB-C cable directly can be powered directly from this cable. I believe this isn't a fault of the adapter, but something you may keep in mind.The quality of the adapter is fine. It's light and may not be super durable if crushed, but it was cheep and I've had no issues so far. No complaints.

Me gustó el tamaño y las características del Adaptador, sin embargo; no funciona correctamente cada vez que lo conectas, tienes que intentarlo varias veces para que el equipo apple (iphone, iPad o AirPods) que intentas cargar lo identifique.

For information, I bought this dongle to be used for converting the Oculus link cable to USB A. The fit for the dongle itself is very loose, constantly falling out when moving. Secondly, the dongle only seems to support 2.0, as the oculus program kindly reminded me.
