I like the brand and the product. It goes great whether raw in salad dressings, or when cooking. This oil has all the benefits of other heavier, darker, stronger tasting olive oils, but with a much more delicate flavor. It is a quality product and a fair price. I recommend this product.

I know olive oil is the healthiest oil; I just don’t like the flavor or smell. I did some research. This product came up and I decided to try it. Perfect! I use it on salads, to season pan for scrambled eggs, to mix up a batch of waffles. It has almost no flavor, leans toward butter, but adds the rich fat recipes require… without the olive flavor. Even for people who like “real” tasting olive oil for savory recipes- this is a good, heart healthier substitute for sweet recipes.
