## Description

The Trio Lasagna Pan from Chicago Metallic has 3 separate channels allowing cooks to be creative and makes it easy to serve vegetarians or carnivores from one pan. A custom-fit, exclusive spatula is deep enough to get that great first piece with no mess. The width and length of each channel is the same as standard lasagna noodles, making lasagna building fast and easy. Can be used to make three dinners in one batch - tonight's dinner and two for future nights or for those unexpected guests.

Review: A very tough and heavy pan. Nonstick. Durable. - This is a heavy pan. Sturdy and solid. Could probably survive being thrown from our roof or hurled across street onto neighbors driveway. Why would such extremes be taken? First, because I'm a guy. And guys think of things like this. Second, I was raised watching Gallagher with his Sledge-o-matic and I only wish they sold THAT in stores. Anyway, the pan is solid, looks to be nonstick (grease it anyway) and has the wide channels where you can make the lasagna perfectly. I like the idea of believing I can make 3 different lasagna's but I know I won't. It's too much work to make 1 type of lasagna and I'm going to make 3? Come on now. Also of note, is the fact that these can be used to bake in a home oven and a commercial one. I like the pan. It's value will be proven when I no longer have to use disposable pans that bend and threaten to go under with the weight of the sauce, gravy and noodles or the cheese! Lord you know how that goes. I would recommend the pan. Matter of fact, if I can get my brother to record it, I'll throw it across the street or repeatedly bash it with a baby sledge hammer I got somewhere in garage. Or not. But I'm confident in its build and material and that what counts. Recommend. Update: Feb, 22, 2026 I finally used the pan. Made a scratch lasagna and figured I could use the pan for its maiden run. The pan made a decent amount of food, but we don't do "decent", we do "overflow of food". I can't do anything small and uncomplicated. I always have to go for broke. Anyway, the pan held about half a box of standard lasagna noodles. The rest went into a baking dish. I wasn't really impressed with this aspect of it, still, the amount in the pan did a pretty good job of filing up 4 people and left plenty left over to gift. The other baking dish gave us enough leftovers to have for a day or so and also to gift some more. It made a three (3) layer lasagna. The noodles are shorter than the pan so expect to break off a few pieces to shore up the edges. It could have easily been a four (4) layer but I ran out of ricotta cheese and, yeah, I stopped layering and grated some cheese (mozzarella part skin and a pepper jack) then sprinkle on some basil (I didn't have fresh) before tossing in oven to bake and then a quick broil. I liked the end result. We all gorged ourselves (it isn't often) and like I mentioned prior, we gifted a good amount as well. Pan clean up was fast. I had sprayed the nonstick with spray avocado oil, just in case and nothing stuck. The pan got complimented, I however did not. Oh well, can't have everything. I'm including some photos, and the last one in the baking dish. Came out fine, but it didn't have the clean uniformity the pan provides. Again, I'd recommend the product.
Review: Great idea! - I saw this at an event I attended, and I knew I needed it. While it definitely takes more time to build 3 thin lasagnas rather than one large one, this is such a wonderful pan. You can choose to make three different recipes, i.e. vegetarian, meat sauce, mushroom, egg. The width of each of the rows exactly matches a lasagne noodle, and the length required 1 noodle plus about a 2 inch piece. Filling all three rows takes the same amount of filling and cheese as a single 9x13 pan, so no need to alter your recipes. Finally, this pan cleans like a dream. Even with lasagne loaded with meat sauce and cheese, the pan as simple to wash by hand. No scraping required. Great pan!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very tough and heavy pan. Nonstick. Durable.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice pan!

This thing is really creative and cool, and fits perfectly in my Breville Joule toaster oven. It feels heavy and high quality, and the non-stick seems durable and works very well. I made three lasagnas in it and it was a ton of work, definitely more than just making one big lasagna in a 9x13. But it wasn't that bad and I enjoyed it. A great accessory for this is the Oxo Nylon Cut & Serve Turner. Small so it gets right down in the channels, and nylon so it won't scratch the nonstick.
