I was the one that thought HOW in the world is honey going to help with my skin issues? Boy was I pleasantly surprised..
I admit that I was skeptical at first of all the oil in this product because I usually have combo skin. However, lately as I've grown older and slowly begun "the Change" (lol) my skin has become neurotic and unpredictable! Some days I have too much moisture and I end up with cystic acne which leads to rough dry patches and really red skin blotches. Other days when I use an oil free product (murad) everything's fine until my hormones do their monthly "thing".... it's been a vicious cycle. So you can imagine my delight when this product (and other Bee Friendly creams) came through for me with immediate results! It was almost worthy of being called miraculous. Now let me mention that this cleanser is very lightweight and you will not need much. BUT... it does leave a VERY waxy/greasy residue on my face as I try to rinse it off with only water. Once I dry it off or use a washcloth to remove the "filmy" layer all is well. Keep in mind that I have oily combo skin naturally - so this was an expected phenomenon. It by no means is unpleasant or enough to keep me from using the product...merely a mention for those of you who also experiences this and are wondering if you should continue using it.As for the results... well, all I can say is that it's well worth the money and peace of mind I get knowing that my skin is actually healing and balancing itself out due to all the natural ingredients I'm subjecting it to now. That the entire line of products are almost 100% organic just makes me even happier. When I consider how much frustration/angst I had on a daily basis - not knowing how to resolve my symptoms - I find the price (on AMZN) to be a "steal". I'm sure this regime will last at least 3 - 5 mths before having to restock certain items. In general... I'd HIGHLY recommend trying this out for yourself if you have issues or just need a fine cleanser. It removes everything it says that it will and then some! ( my crow's feet lines are all but gone and I've only used this line of products for a week). I have my "young" youthful/ healthy glowing skin back and people are noticing/commenting! After having to hide my face behind hats, hairstyles, heavy makeup and self consciousness I feel relieved and slightly vindicated that natural products did this - NOT chemically rich "must have" name brand potions that emptied my pocket book and gave me sensitivity issues to boot!Thank YOU, Thank you, THANK you B.F.Skincare for providing such superb products. (and I pray that the bees keep pollenating!!!!) ;) lol

I am allergic to malic acid and this product contains Apricot Kernal Oil which is malic acid. This is an unusual allergy. My face turns red for a short time after using it but it does no lasting harm. I find it a bit heavy so I'm using this to clean dry skin areas in the shower. Works very well.

Very disappointed. I got this one for my teenage daughter and trying to avoid using unnatural products. However, this one is sticky. Sticky as if you were putting on oil...not bee wax kind of sticky. It was hard to was off the layer of oil. I had to use DHC's olive oil cleanser and origins cleanser to clean it off. my skin was over dried. Not worth the money.

Another great product from Bee Friendly
This cleanser is probably not for someone with oily complexion. That being said, for those who want a makeup remover that leaves skin hydrated and not tight, this is the one. Does a great job of removing makeup and leaving skin feeling soft. I would recommend that ingredient labels not be placed over use instructions.

I purchased this based on the reviews and the fact that I love their moisturizer
Am I doing it wrong?! I purchased this based on the reviews and the fact that I love their moisturizer. However, I'm not loving this at all. I still feel makeup on my skin after washing. Maybe Im just accustomed to suds??Either way, I was not blown away by this like I thought I would be.I am purchasing the foam wash to see if I like that one better.

My Skin loved it, but.....
If I didn't have Rosacea, this would be my forever face wash. I say this not because it's bad for Rosacea, it's actually good for it. But, it's the mechanics of rinsing the cleanser off that's the problem.I'm 67, and therefore I need hydration big time. I need facial products that moisturize my skin and leave it feeling soft, supple and with a dewey glow. This cleanser did all of that. It has the best ingredients for the skin, especially beeswax. The problem for me is that there's only one way to rinse off an oil face wash. You have to use very warm water and a washcloth. And the two things that inflame Rosacea are heat and any kind of rubbing. I solved the rubbing problem by buying infant washcloths at Target. But there's no way that the oil would come off without filling the washcloth with very warm water. The parts of my face that don't have Rosacea felt incredibly smooth, silky and nourished. But my cheeks, which have Rosacea, were terribly irritated and inflamed, NOT because of the cleanser but due to the heat of the water. I'm so disappointed that I can't use it. But if you don't have Rosacea, you should definitely give this product a try. It's simple, pure and effective.

I don't love it. Its just okay
I don't love it. Its just okay. It a little runny and could be thicker. I use it as a makeup remover and then wash with another cleanser.

Love everything I've tried from this line
Love everything I've tried from this line! Aside from this, I have the serum, mask, exfoliater, face&eye cream, night cream, lip balm...my skin hasn't looked this good in a Long time! People actually notice & tell me how good my skin looks. I've finally found a skin care line I love & love that its organic & natural. I had been drying my skin out with chemicals, dry patches , oily patches, breakouts...who would've thought an oil based cleanser would be the answer?! It takes a little getting used to because when you use it you never get that"squeaky clean " & tightness that you get with a traditional cleanser. It actually feels a little slick, or oily after washing- But after drying, your face feels soft & clean & supple. Love love love!
