Print quality is excellent. The colour test print looks stunning, like in the advertisements (not the McDonald's effect where the burger looks nothing like the pictures).DIsable the auto-update feature if you want to use non-HP toner. It's entirely unnecessary and you can still manually trigegr an update. No need to tell HP ecerything about your printing habbits and allow them to disable third-party printer cartridges in future (not my conspiracy theory, it's HP's own explanation to "protect" you). You can disable it on the printer and/or in the windows software. I did it before first use.Duplex works reliably, even with thicker 120g/sqm paper.I was surprised (didn't check pre-purchase :( that the scanner only offers 600 dpi. It's easy to use and integrates well with both Mac and Woindows software. My older b/w HP laserjet offeredup to 1200 dpi. Surprised they halfed it. Sacans do look good and colours of 1:1 copies are very close to the original.Overall a good looking addition to the home office. Prints quickly with not much noise. Easy to use. Recommend.___________Added after 9 months of using the printer:The control panel/display must have been bolted on by HP's marketing department, because it's position is very unfortunate. Whenever you want to use the flatbed scanner, the display gets in the way. Could heve been mounted an inch lower or made half an inch shorter, but no. Resulted in a number of wringled pages in books and brochures I tried to scan. With decades of experience in the field, you would think HP should know better.The print quality remains excellent, and with very moderate use (200 pages total I reckon), I am still running on the toner that came with the device.First print after longer periods of sitting idle takes annoyingly long (about a minute). Also annoying is that the device comes to live every now and then (to avoid burn-in I presume) and that is super annoying if you have it in your home office and wonder what's going on and if the wife started a print while you're on a zoom call. After 30 seconds rumbling the printer finally shuts up and goes back to sleep.While annoying, those issues are all rather minor and the main plus is the excellent print quality, high print speed, good scanning quality and speed and reliable operation. I recommend this printer and would buy it again, knowing everything I do know now.

I expected a high quality printer because of the maker, and that’s exactly what I got.Other than giving it my network password, the printer set itself up. Then came the problem. The manual that came with the printer and the software I had to download to allow wireless printing, gave different instructions, neither of which worked. Fortunately, I have quite a bit of I.T. knowledge so, I managed to sort it out. However, what should have been a 5 minute job max, took me nearly 30 minutes.However, that aside, once I had set up the printer, I tested it by printing an A4 size photo on really cheap 80 gsm paper. My goodness, what great quality, so when I printed to same on 120 gsm good quality paper, wow!.Having set up the printer on my iPad, I then wanted to print from my iMac and my iPhone. In both cases I simply had to download the software and tell the app to find a preinstalled printer. It immediately picked my Laserjet Pro without me doing anything, all I had to do was confirm that was the printer I wanted installed and that was it. I can now print from anywhere in the house, using any of my hardware.So, although the initial setting up was a bit frustrating, I am over-the-moon about the quality of the printer and the ease with which I can add other hardware to print from, so I can give no less that 5 stars and a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED comment

Excellent printer. The replacement inks are expensive, but last along time. But check out the prices before buying. It’s a very good printer and easy to set up. The app is good, and it works seamless so far with printing from my laptop or iPhone. Instructions could be a lot better. Like most products these days they are poorly written, and rely on you being able to work out things as you go. I’m not sure why they can’t provide appropriate user manuals either with the product or on-line. But it seems to be the trend to provide minimal info and help. However if you’re reasonable intelligent, you should be able to get yourself up and running in 1/2 hour to an hour. It’s noisy when printing as others have commented, but fast and prints well. Not the cheapest, and I know you can get cheaper models in other brands. But I wanted a premium reliable all in one printer and scanner. It’s perfect for my needs. Hoping it will also last a long time. Minus one star for noise and lack of info. Product itself is great.

au démarrage et pendant l'impression il fait du bruit important, mais la qualité de l'impression est au rendez vous. on peut imprimer en wifi depuis mac , pc et téléphone c'est bienil faut un peu de patience pour pouvoir configuré la première fois

This product was missing the power cord. No problem, I ordered another one. Then, I went to install the cartridges, the knob that opens the printer cartridge area was missing. No problem, I used a screwdriver to open the right side, but I could not get the left side open to fully open the area to install the printer cartridges. As a small note, it was also missing the manual. I love HP, had printers for years, but this seller was a nightmare.
