Didn't work as advertised.
I tried it out on 2 of my least expensive knives which were already sharp and it made them dull. Perhaps it would work on dull knives to a certain degree but the stones are course and it would never produce a keen edge. I got the edge back on those 2 knives by honing them on a fine steel rod.
