Sony RX100 VI Camera Cage, Black, Metal, CNC Machined, Arca-Swiss Compatible, Cold Shoe, Mounting Points, Includes Hex Spanner and Screws

Bought this for the Sony RX 100 vi camera to give it some added protection and use it as a base for video accessories. The case allows for full functionality. There are no issues using any of the cameras functions, zero interference.My only concern is it’s slick. That said it is gripable and I plan on using the Sony supplied hand sling.Very good, and reasonably priced.

So this is the third time I reviewed this and dopey me ordered the wrong one, for the M6 and I own the M5 and just got the M7. This for loose on the M5 BUT it fit perfectly with the M7 . It blocks the HDMI out but leaves the MIC and MULTI (charging) ports open.

I tried a few grips and brackets for the rx100 vi, some from ebay, the smallrig etc. Kept this one because the build quality was as good as the smallrig and the handle was black(less visible than the smallrigs wooden handle).
