This is one of the best facial oils I have ever found. I discovered it after Sephora used it on me during a makeover and could not get it out of my mind. I went back and got a sample and using that finally overcame my reluctance to pay what seemed a high price. It's worth it people! This quenches my face and feels so good. It soaks in quickly and doesn't cause breakouts. The blue will not tint your skin and the smell is divine. One of the ingredients, blue tansy, has been used for centuries in herbalism as an anti-inflammatory. Also has jojoba oil which is mostly like the fluid naturally found in skin so your body handles it well. The glass bottle is heavy and sturdy and I assume reusable.

I have fairly clear skin and is combination. I noticed moisturizing creams trapped bacteria under the moisturizer’s thick layer. I’ve been using this for three years now and my face never has a blemish. This is very rich and calms redness. It feels like hair conditioner for your face. I only use this no more serums or lotions.

As counter-productive as you may think it is to be putting oil on your face, it's actually better than any lotion because it allows your skin to produce its natural sebum instead of clogging up your pores, and in turn causing them to overcompensate and produce too much oil. Let your face do its thing, trust me. READ ABOUT IT. This stuff has been a god-send for a desert child with combination skin. No longer do I wake up with a tight face, or have to apply moisturizer after every little morning rinse because my face feels like cardboard. I can feel it being its natural self. I am very skeptical about putting any products on my skin-ESPECIALLY OILS! I am 56 years old with oily skin, acne, large pores and on a prescription cream for rosacea also. To say I have skin issues is putting it mildly. I read all the reviews, and getting older I felt like I should try SOMETHING to keep my skin from aging and moisturize.I can't believe this stuff!! I does go on as an oil, and you will have an oily sheen and feel it on your skin for a while-and for someone with oily skin already that breaks out that IS scary. HOWEVER, within a week I noticed quite blatantly my pores were shrinking dramatically! And there was-get this-a GLOW to my skin that I have NEVER had!! No acne-no breakouts-and smoothness that looked like glass.I use it morning and night..and will NEVER stop using it now. If you are skeptical-give it a try. It made me a believer FAST!

I've been using this facial oil for less than a week, and I can already tell a huge difference in my skin. My skin tone is already starting to even out. This oil has completely replaced my facial moisturizer, and it does a much better job of moisturizing without making my skin oily. My acne is starting to clear up too. So far, I love it! The color of the oil did take me by surprise. It was more of a greenish yellow then the light blue shown in the pictures. I did ask the seller about this, and they immediately responded letting me know this is normal and assuring me the product is fresh. Since it's working great, I do believe this!

My magic beauty potion! Herbivore Botanicals is my favorite new beauty product line discovery. From the packaging to the actual product, I have absolutely no complaints. I was not sure about this facial oil in the beginning, as I have been taught that acne prone skin should avoid oil, but this oil has been an amazing addition to my beauty regimen. It acts as a primer for me before applying my foundation, so my skin is soft, moisturized and dewy. I also use it at night before I go to bed, goes on like butter, and I wake up with a glowing face. The fragrance smells so natural and unlike anything I have ever smelled. I feel confident that I am putting safe and quality ingredients on my skin. The glass bottle also displays nicely. Worth every penny and lasts about 3-4 months for me per bottle using it twice a day.

First, I have to comment on the beautiful design of the bottle. It's really beautiful - it looks like an elegant perfume. Smells earthy and is light, so you definitely won't smell it throughout the day. I wear this in the morning after washing my face and only use 3 dots of oil, which is plenty for me. I have combination skin, so my T-zone gets pretty oily throughout the day. I decided to try this product because I have acne prone skin and usually get quite a bit of small bumps and white heads randomly. I read that this product, while natural, does have anti-inflammatory properties, which is why I wanted to try it. I stopped using my moisturizer/spf and am using this now instead. I was worried that it may cause me to break out more, but I can't say that it has. If anything, I feel that it's calmed my skin, which is great. I've only been using this for a week now, but so far I really like it. I'm optimistic that when my skin completely adjusts to this product, I can achieve *hopefully* acne free skin. Also, while the product is a bit hefty in price, I honestly think it's worth it so far especially because using such a little amount a day, I know this product will last me forever. I'm a fan.

I have very oily and acne prone skin and I held off on trying this for the longest time because most moisturizing things make me breakout that much more. I've been using this for over a week now with no 'extra' breakouts. I've always gotten one or two small ones a week and while it hasn't solved that problem it has made my skin softer with less dry skin flaking from all the acne treatments.If your on the fence about this I say take the risk!
