Had been generally pretty happy with this cutlery set, until 9/24/2021. Use the chef's knife pretty hard, cleaver not so much. Probably about the fifth use, cleaving a pork tenderloin the blade actually broke. Nope, no bones, not even super thick, maybe partially frozen but nothing I couldn't cut with the chef's knife after the cleaver failed. That was very disappointing and I'm not sure what action can be taken to replace it after nine months and being out of stock - any thoughts?

I was worried when i purchased these knives, you never know when buying online. I was very pleased when they arrived, these are beautiful knives. I eas worried they would be thin, light, cheap knives. They are great, keep in mind im no pro, only a kife lover. Only downside..... i like them too much and wont let anyone use them, so they dont get a ton of use right now. You must make sure you never store these with any moistureso im too cautious. Ooooh well. They will last much longer if im the only user. :)
