Better than I hoped for!
This pull-down shelf was even better than I hoped for. Assembly was a little tricky because of the cabinet face but once in, it’s very sturdy. Make sure to measure carefully because it has to fit your cabinet almost exactly to be effective. Everyone loves it; I’ve texted several people the link already.

Received used and damaged product
Packaging was damaged. When unpacked the package we found out broken foam that holds the product. Most likely it was a used product since it was not packaged properly and had multiple packaging tape holding it. Also rust spot were found on the product.

Easy to install and use
We utilized this in the cabinet that we use as a pantry. This has made it such a breeze to get food out. Especially for my shorter significant other.

Game changer!
Total game change for my hubby who is in a wheelchair! Fit my cabinet perfectly and the doors closed! Measure and double measure is my suggestion. It is easy to pull down with weight on it but required some effort to get it back up. If I had room for another I would get it.
