Q: Does this product have L-arginine in it

i do not see L-arginine listed on the ingredients

Q: Does this work in cold water?

I really don't know about cold water. I don't think it works well at all especially if one has Raynaud's. I shared it with a few friends and they are of the same opinion.

Q: Does this cream have a strong perfume smell?

There is a scent, but I wouldn't call it perfume. It's more of a lotion smell. Because it is so thick it does stay with you all day. If you are sensitive to scents, I would order a small one and test it out first.

Q: Will this work for me? I work in a freezer and want to protect my skin from the cold.

The warm skin works good but not sure if it will work with you being in the freezer for long periods of time.
