Be careful!
I was really ill for 2 weeks, couldn't eat and had waves of nausea and pain in my abdomen along with constant dodgy stomach (trying to put it politely here) and once I'd narrowed my diet down by writing everything down and stripping back- it turned out to be these supplements. I took a severe allergic reaction to them and that was only 1 capsule a day .... the recommended is 3. Please be careful and monitor your toilet and stomach movement and changes.
