Developlus Make It Hair Care (STAY)

Ladies! After reading the instructions and thinking this will take way too long to deal with, I put this stuff on my hair, combed my hair straight and after 20 minutes TRIED to blow dry as per the instructions. What a disgusting mess!! I put the hair dryer down. I got in the shower and shampooed it out then put a conditioner on. THEN I blow dried it. OMG!!!!! My hair is super straight, soft and shiny!!! You do NOT, NOT, NOT, NOT need to blow dry your hair with the stuff on it! After 20 minutes just shampoo, condition and blow dry!! I was really upset when Ogilvie stopped making their Gentle Hair Straightener. I thought I'd never find another straightener that worked. I will be using Make It Straight Salon Blowout for the rest of my life!

My hair is naturally curly and I have been using this for 3 years straight. I only use it 2 or 4 times a year. I follow the directions as on the box and my hair is always long and beautiful. My curls come back too. I love this stuff

Incredible product. I had overprocessed my hair. It was dry, course and awful. Being unfamiliar with the "hair healthy" aspect of Make It Straight, My stylist discouraged me from straightening after processing. For a month my hair was oiled and conditioned nightly with very little change in true condition. Frustrated, I went ahead and used Make It Straight. OMGosh! It gave me my silky, shiny healthy hair back!!! Thank you for an incredible product.

I did not think it would work...I purchased this based on the reviews... wow its smooth its straight and I did not have to spend $200 will purchase again and again

Overall, I really like this product. My hair is extremely curly and thick, so I did not expect my hair to be straight. It does smell a little, but it's not an awful smell. It did rake about 2 hours to comolete the process. During the first blow dry and the straightening my hair felt pretty gross. After the conditioner my hair felt really silky smooth. I also posted the instructions, because that's what I wanted to see before I bought it.

I first discovered this at my local Rite Aid store. I was very skeptical. But after using one time, in my half curly, half frizzy, fine blonde hair, my hair was smoother, shinier, easier to blow dry, and very smooth and glossy for quite a long time..it lasted about 20 shampoos as it states on the box. Just a warning, it does smell when the product is developing and you are straightening it with heat. Also, make sure you follow every single step exactly as the manufacturer suggests. The entire process, if done correctly takes about 2 hours. Although my local drug stores always seem to be sold out of it now, I was thrilled that it was available to order on Amazon!

I bought this product because the one I have loved using before (Ogilvie) has not been available for a while now.The smell of the Make it Straight product is very strong. Even after rinsing my hair, applying conditioner, rinsing again, and it still smells. I did read reviews on this so I expected it. You are supposed to apply the product to towel dried hair, which I did. Then I dried my hair with a flat brush. My hair was so sticky from the product. So while drying my hair with the brush you are essentially pulling on it in that sticky state. This caused so much breakage of my hair. Now I'm not saying my hair was in perfect condition that no breakage should occur. But I've never had so much. My brush was full of my hair!I won't be using this product again. I'm hoping Ogilvie will be back!!!
