This is brilliant. What a great idea. As a beginner I had to shorten the elastic just by wrapping it around the headband and I imagine as I get more pro with this I'll be lengthening it. It's easier to hit wearing boxing gloves. I found the lower down on my forehead I wear the band, the less likely I get hit in the face with the ball. My cat likes watching it too.

Really disappointed with the purchase very overpriced, you can get very similar products for half the price of these, I bought this thinking it would be special. but on the plus size you do get the 3 balls as described and simple instructions for what to do ,I would suggest you reading up on how to tie knots which are secure but easy to undo too,

Great item
Easy to put together and comfortable to wear but depending on your hand eye co ordination can be difficult to master. Worth the money.

Lots of fun
So much fun. Bought to work out when on my break at work as thought it would be portable and easy to carry. And it is! I always take it outside on a nice day and although I get som funny looks people can't help but come over and have a go. Really works the arm muscles and help with reflex's.

Cheap and doesn’t last long
Broke within the first 30 seconds of using , I personally bought this product because of the price and would of thought it was a bargain however I was proved wrong you get what u pay for

A must product if you're training. The quality of the product is great. Make sure you adjust the length of the string just enough so it bounces back well.Built well, ball is amazing in quality

Bought it for my partner, he mentioned that conparing them to the other one which he had before, that they are smaller but he likes them
