Just a suggestion
I would only send out this thought that if the receptacle part was on the other side the weight of the cable which is plugged into it would pull down in the direction that takes advantage of the Locking part of the adapter.

Well put together and not too easy to find elsewhere!

It works
Got this adapter so I can run my clothes dryer off of a generator during power outages. Seems to work fine. Haven’t had any problems with it.
